This scenic site features a rocky coastline entry leading to a reef slope with varied topography including sand channels, coral formations, and rocky outcrops. The reef supports healthy Caribbean corals with sea fans, brain corals, and diverse sponge life. Sea turtles are common visitors, and the sand channels host garden eels and stingrays. The moderate conditions and interesting reef topography make Boca Hulu a solid intermediate dive with good variety, located in the popular Banda Abou (western) diving area of Curaçao.
