Car Pile (The Dive Bus House Reef)

Car Pile is an advanced dive to 30 meters at The Dive Bus house reef in Curaçao. This unique site features several cars intentionally sunk to create an artificial reef, now heavily encrusted with corals, sponges, and marine growth. The car structures provide shelter for moray eels, lobsters, and juvenile fish, while the surrounding natural reef supports healthy Caribbean coral formations. The deeper car pile attracts larger species including groupers and barracuda. The combination of quirky artificial reef and pristine natural coral makes Car Pile one of Curaçao's most distinctive and entertaining dive sites.
