Stella Maris (Ocean Encounters House Reef)

Stella Maris is a beginner-friendly shore dive at the Ocean Encounters house reef in Curaçao. This well-maintained house reef offers convenient dock entry directly onto a healthy Caribbean reef slope. The site features excellent coral coverage with brain corals, star corals, and colorful sponges, supporting abundant tropical fish. Resident tarpon, large groupers, and moray eels are regularly seen, while hawksbill turtles cruise through on feeding rounds. Night diving is particularly spectacular here with octopuses, basket starfish, and bioluminescent organisms. Stella Maris's easy access and reliable biodiversity make it one of Curaçao's best house reefs.
