The Nemesis Wreck is an advanced dive site near Paralimni in eastern Cyprus, sitting at a maximum depth of 28 meters. This former fishing trawler was intentionally sunk to create an artificial reef and now lies on a flat sandy bottom. The wreck is relatively compact but packed with marine life — groupers patrol the deck, lionfish hover near the hull, and clouds of anthias swirl around the mast. The wheelhouse and lower compartments can be carefully entered by experienced divers. Nudibranchs and flatworms add splashes of color to the encrusted surfaces. Often dived in combination with the nearby Liberty Wreck, Nemesis offers an excellent double-wreck experience.
