Abu Kafan North

Abu Kafan North is an advanced offshore reef near Safaga reaching 35 meters, known as one of the best shark diving sites in the area. The northern tip of Abu Kafan is swept by strong currents that attract grey reef sharks, whitetip reef sharks, and large schools of barracuda. The wall is adorned with stunning soft corals and massive gorgonians. The reef top features a colorful plateau with dense anthias clouds. Abu Kafan is a must-dive for experienced divers visiting the Safaga area.
