Abu Galawa Soraya

Abu Galawa Soraya is an advanced dive site in the Hamata offshore reefs, the smaller companion to Abu Galawa Kebir. This reef features dramatic walls and overhangs covered in soft corals and gorgonians. The exposed position attracts strong currents and pelagic species, with regular sightings of grey reef sharks, whitetip reef sharks, and schools of barracuda. The reef top is a garden of soft corals in vibrant purples, oranges, and reds. A thrilling drift dive for experienced divers seeking shark encounters.
