
Marsa Asalay is a beginner-friendly bay dive south of Marsa Alam, featuring a sheltered inlet with pristine coral gardens and calm waters. The site offers a gentle reef slope with excellent hard coral diversity, hosting families of anemonefish, schools of chromis, and foraging parrotfish. The bay's sandy bottom is frequented by blue-spotted stingrays and the occasional guitar shark. With its easy access and reliable conditions, Marsa Asalay is a favorite for morning dives and a perfect introduction to Red Sea reef diving.
