Zabargad North is an advanced dive at the northern tip of Zabargad Island, one of the most remote and legendary dive destinations in the Egyptian Red Sea. The island, also known as St. John's Island, features volcanic geology creating unique underwater topography. The northern wall drops steeply with pristine soft coral coverage and massive gorgonians. Hammerhead sharks, silvertip sharks, and manta rays are all possible encounters. The island's historical significance as an ancient peridot mining site adds cultural depth to an already extraordinary diving experience.
