Siyul Soraya is an advanced dive at the smaller Siyul island in the Strait of Gubal, Egypt's Red Sea. The exposed northern face catches strong currents that attract impressive concentrations of pelagic species. Grey reef sharks, large schools of jacks, and eagle rays patrol the deeper waters while the wall is festooned with massive soft coral trees. The challenging conditions are offset by some of the best big fish action in the Gubal area. Best dived on incoming current for maximum pelagic encounters.
