Cueva del Zorro is a thrilling advanced cave dive off the southern coast of Tenerife, featuring a spacious volcanic cavern system with multiple chambers and light effects. The cave entrance opens wide enough for comfortable penetration, leading into rooms where shafts of sunlight create ethereal blue-green illumination. Inside, the walls are decorated with sponges and encrusting organisms, while narval shrimp and small crustaceans inhabit the darker recesses. Outside the cave, the surrounding reef hosts groupers, barracuda, and sea turtles that frequent the area. This site requires proper cave diving orientation and good buoyancy skills, rewarding advanced divers with a magical underground experience.
