Los Candelabros is a distinctive dive site near Almuñécar on Spain's Costa Tropical, named after its candelabra-shaped rock formations rising from the seabed. This beginner-friendly site offers an enchanting underwater landscape where tall rocky pinnacles create natural swim-throughs and overhangs sheltering a rich array of marine life. Moray eels peer from dark recesses, while groupers and sea bream navigate between the formations. The site's moderate depths and sheltered location make it accessible year-round, with particularly good visibility during summer months when the Mediterranean waters are at their clearest.

Absolutely stunning dive site. The visibility was exceptional and we spotted several species we had never seen before. Will definitely come back.
Great spot for advanced divers. Currents can be tricky but the marine life makes it worth it.
One of the best dive sites in the region. Highly recommended.
