Chrysanth is an advanced wreck dive in the Southern Finland Baltic Sea, where the remains of a sunken vessel rest on the seabed in the cold, dark waters of the Gulf of Finland. The wreck structure provides shelter for Baltic cod, flounder, and colonies of blue mussels that encrust the metal surfaces. Penetration opportunities exist for experienced divers with proper training and equipment. Visibility varies with season and currents, and the cold water temperatures year-round demand dry suit proficiency. This challenging dive rewards those prepared for Baltic wreck exploration with a haunting underwater tableau.
