Kultakaleeri is a beginner-friendly dive site in the Southern Finland Baltic archipelago, where shallow granite reefs create a natural underwater playground. The site's name evokes golden treasure, and indeed the underwater scenery is rich with amber-toned bladderwrack seaweed swaying in gentle currents. Small fish dart between the rocky crevices while blue mussels and barnacles cling to every surface. The sheltered location provides calm conditions ideal for new divers and underwater photography. During summer, water temperatures at this shallow site can reach a pleasant 18-20°C, making it one of the more comfortable Finnish dive experiences.
