Lestang

Lestang is an advanced cave diving site in the Midi-Pyrénées of France, featuring a karst siphon system in the region's limestone landscape. The site requires full cave diving qualifications and appropriate technical equipment. Submerged galleries wind through the bedrock, with the spring water providing the clear visibility characteristic of the region's underground systems. The passage architecture includes both horizontal sections and descending galleries, demanding versatile diving skills. Cool water temperatures of 10-12°C are maintained year-round by the underground source.
