The Underwater Sculpture Park in Moliniere Bay is Grenada's most famous dive site and the world's first underwater sculpture gallery, created by artist Jason deCaires Taylor in 2006. Located in shallow water off the west coast near St. George's, the collection features haunting life-size sculptures that have been progressively colonized by corals, sponges, and marine life, blurring the line between art and reef. The beginner-friendly depth and calm bay conditions make it accessible to snorkelers and new divers alike. Beyond the artistic impact, the sculptures have successfully created new habitat, attracting fish, octopuses, and crustaceans. This pioneering marine art installation has become a model for underwater conservation art worldwide.
