Les Marches de Mithridate is a step-wall dive on the reserve edge of the north Grande-Terre coast, close enough to the Grande Vigie cliff cluster that the site is accessible only from June to October when the north swell calms. The wall descends in distinct stages from around 20 metres to 35 metres, with a fish abundance that justifies the effort to get here. Eagle rays pass regularly, groupers hold the larger ledges, and snapper schools move in and out of the blue. Advanced Open Water with Deep specialty is the sensible baseline.
