Grammeno is a beginner-friendly shore dive in the Messenia region of the Peloponnese, reaching 12 meters over a gentle rocky reef. The site features a pleasant landscape of scattered boulders and seagrass meadows where seahorses, pipefish, and juvenile fish find shelter. Octopuses are frequently spotted foraging along the bottom, and the rocky outcrops attract damselfish, wrasse, and small groupers. The easy entry from a sandy beach and calm conditions make Grammeno an ideal starting point for divers new to the Peloponnese coast.
