St Nikolas is an advanced dive site off northern Evia, descending to 35 meters along a rocky coastline rich in underwater topography. The dive follows a wall punctuated by caverns, overhangs, and chimney formations that create varied light conditions and diverse habitats. Large groupers and dusky groupers are regular residents of the deeper caves, while the wall's surface supports lush gorgonian growth and sponge colonies in shades of orange, purple, and yellow. The site's exposure to currents from the Euboean Gulf ensures excellent visibility and regular pelagic sightings.
