Kitsugawa Maru is an advanced wreck dive in Guam's Apra Harbor, featuring a WWII Japanese cargo ship resting at 31 meters. The vessel sits upright on the harbor floor, her superstructure and cargo holds accessible to experienced divers. Dense coral growth covers the hull, attracting schools of snapper, fusiliers, and barracuda that swirl around the wreck. Inside, the ship's compartments reveal historical cargo remnants and shelter soldierfish and shrimp. The Kitsugawa Maru is considered one of Guam's finest wreck dives, combining excellent preservation with outstanding marine colonization.
