Temple Reef

Temple Reef is an advanced dive site near Pondicherry on India's southeastern Coromandel Coast, where a complex rocky reef system features formations that local divers compare to temple architecture. The reef's arches, columns, and overhangs create a labyrinthine underwater landscape that shelters an impressive diversity of marine life. Large groupers are the site's highlight, with several territorial individuals that have become accustomed to divers.
