Gavitella at Capo d'Aniello is an intermediate dive along the stunning Amalfi Coast, where limestone cliffs plunge into deep Mediterranean waters. The underwater wall descends through layers of colorful marine growth — yellow sponges, red gorgonians, and delicate bryozoans create a living mosaic. Lobsters and moray eels shelter in rocky hollows, while schools of saddled bream cruise along the wall. Currents can be moderate, requiring good buoyancy control, but the reward is one of the Amalfi Coast's most spectacular underwater walls.
