KT-12 Stern is an advanced wreck dive off Sardinia's eastern coast near Arbatax, featuring the stern section of a World War II German torpedo boat resting at 34 meters. The wreck section is remarkably well-preserved, with the stern structure, propeller shaft, and hull plates clearly visible beneath thick marine growth. Large conger eels inhabit the interior spaces, while scorpionfish rest on the decking and anthias swarm the superstructure. The depth and occasional currents require advanced certification, but the historical significance and rich marine colonization make this a top Sardinian wreck dive.
