Punta Falconiera is an advanced dive off the island of Ustica, descending to 42 meters along a dramatic volcanic wall on the island's eastern coast. The deep wall is adorned with spectacular gorgonian fans, rare black coral, and fields of golden zoanthids. Ustica's marine reserve status ensures extraordinary fish populations — massive grouper, schools of barracuda, and dense clouds of anthias populate the site. The volcanic rock's dark tones provide stunning contrast with the colorful marine growth. One of the Mediterranean's finest wall dives in what many consider Italy's premier marine reserve.
