Grotta Totò is an advanced cave dive at Ustica island, featuring an atmospheric underwater grotto at 18 meters with wide chambers and volcanic rock formations. The cave entrance is framed by dense gorgonians and sponges, transitioning into a darker interior where lobsters and red shrimp congregate. Ustica's marine reserve ensures the surrounding reef is teeming with life — grouper guard the entrance while anthias create orange clouds in the light. Named after the beloved Italian comedian, this cave brings a touch of humor to one of the Mediterranean's most serious marine conservation success stories.
