Barracuda Bommie is an intermediate dive site on the Agincourt Ribbon Reefs of the outer Great Barrier Reef. This impressive coral pinnacle rises from 29 meters to create a marine oasis that attracts large schools of chevron barracuda, giving the site its name. The bommie is covered in pristine hard and soft corals, with crevices sheltering moray eels, lionfish, and reef sharks. The site offers excellent visibility and a thrilling drift dive experience when currents are running.

Absolutely stunning dive site. The visibility was exceptional and we spotted several species we had never seen before. Will definitely come back.
Great spot for advanced divers. Currents can be tricky but the marine life makes it worth it.
One of the best dive sites in the region. Highly recommended.
