
Flinders Reef is a beginner-friendly dive site off Moreton Island in Southeast Queensland. As the southernmost coral reef in Queensland, it features a unique mix of tropical and temperate species. The shallow reef at 15 meters hosts healthy hard coral formations, colorful soft corals, and an impressive diversity of fish life. Grey nurse sharks are regularly seen, along with wobbegong sharks, turtles, and rays. The site is popular for both diving and snorkeling day trips from Brisbane.
