Hastings Reef

Hastings Reef is a vibrant outer reef dive site on the Great Barrier Reef, accessible by boat from Cairns, Queensland. This beginner-friendly reef features stunning coral bommies rising from white sandy bottoms, with incredible hard and soft coral diversity. The sheltered lagoon offers calm snorkeling, while the reef walls provide exciting drift dives. Resident marine life includes giant Maori wrasse, sea turtles, reef sharks, and countless species of tropical fish.
