Pickering Point

Pickering Point is an advanced dive site near Warrnambool on Victoria's Shipwreck Coast. This exposed rocky reef reaches 10 meters depth and features dramatic rock formations, overhangs, and gutters carved by powerful Southern Ocean swells. The site is rich with kelp forests, colorful sponge gardens, and temperate marine species including crayfish, abalone, blue devil fish, and various shark species. Conditions can be challenging with surge and current, rewarding experienced divers.
