Beacon Point is an advanced shore dive in Curaçao near a coastal navigation beacon. This exposed point features stronger currents than typical Curaçao sites, creating conditions that attract larger marine species. The reef drops steeply from the rocky shore, with the wall covered in healthy corals, large sponges, and sea fans. Eagle rays, reef sharks, and large barracuda are more commonly seen here than at calmer sites. The current-swept point also attracts dense schools of jacks and Creole wrasses. Advanced divers seeking more dynamic conditions and bigger marine encounters will find Beacon Point a refreshing change from Curaçao's typically calm shore dives.
