Gordon Reef - Straits of Tiran

Gordon Reef is an advanced dive site in the Strait of Tiran, the southernmost of the four famous Tiran reefs. The reef is marked by the wreck of the Loullia cargo ship stranded on its northern tip. The wall drops steeply into deep water with strong currents attracting pelagic species. Grey reef sharks, schools of jacks, and large Napoleon wrasses patrol the reef. The coral coverage is spectacular with dense soft coral gardens. Gordon Reef offers classic Tiran strait drift diving at its finest.
