North Lagoona Reef is an intermediate dive site in the Strait of Tiran, Egypt's Red Sea. The reef system features a beautiful coral plateau with moderate currents, offering a balance between the intense drift dives and calmer lagoon sites. Dense hard coral coverage supports a thriving fish community including surgeonfish, parrotfish, and fusiliers. Napoleon wrasse and turtles are frequently encountered. The varied topography of walls, overhangs, and coral gardens provides interesting navigation and consistent marine encounters throughout the dive.
