
Marsa Bereika is a beginner-friendly dive in Ras Mohammed National Park near Sharm el Sheikh, featuring a sheltered mangrove bay unique in the Sinai. The calm bay offers sandy bottoms with seagrass beds attracting green sea turtles and dugongs on rare occasions. Coral patches host typical Red Sea reef fish while the sandy areas reveal garden eels, stingrays, and guitarfish. The park's protection has allowed marine life to flourish. Marsa Bereika offers a distinctly different diving experience from the walls and reefs of nearby Ras Mohammed.
