
El CabrĂłn - The Table Top is an advanced dive site within the famous El CabrĂłn marine reserve near Arinaga, Gran Canaria. This site features a massive flat-topped volcanic rock formation rising from the seabed, resembling an underwater mesa. The table top's surface and edges are covered in vibrant marine growth including sponges, anemones, and sea fans, while its overhangs shelter large groupers, moray eels, and schools of grunt. The surrounding waters attract barracuda, amberjack, and the occasional butterfly ray. As part of the protected marine reserve, El CabrĂłn enjoys exceptional biodiversity, making this challenging site a highlight for experienced divers visiting Gran Canaria.
