El Peñón - Tabaiba's Wreck is an advanced dive off Tenerife's eastern coast near Radazul, reaching 35 meters depth where a sunken vessel rests alongside a massive volcanic pinnacle. This dual-feature site offers the best of both worlds — wreck exploration and natural reef diving in a single dive. The wreck's structure has been colonized by sponges, hydroids, and anemones, sheltering conger eels and schools of fish, while the adjacent peñón hosts groupers, moray eels, and black coral at depth. Barracuda and amberjack patrol between the two structures. The deep profile and potential currents demand advanced skills, but the combination of wreck and pinnacle makes this one of eastern Tenerife's most exciting dives.
