Greenends Gully is a shore dive site at St Abbs Head on the Scottish Borders coast, featuring a rocky gully system cutting through volcanic rock formations to depths around 15 meters. The sheltered gully provides a dramatic underwater corridor with kelp-covered walls hosting dense populations of dahlia anemones, dead men's fingers, and colorful jewel anemones. Lobsters, edible crabs, and butterfish hide in the crevices, while wrasse and lumpsuckers (in spring) patrol the kelp fringe. Despite the moderate depth, the site is rated advanced due to swell exposure and navigational complexity. Part of the St Abbs and Eyemouth Voluntary Marine Reserve, this is one of Scotland's premier shore diving destinations.
