
Agios Marcos Shipwreck is a wreck dive in the Attica region near Athens, Greece. The remains of this vessel lie on the seabed off the coast, creating an accessible wreck diving experience within easy reach of the Greek capital. The ship's structure has been colonized by a variety of marine organisms including sponges, tunicates, and hydroids, transforming the hull into a living reef. Schools of damselfish, bream, and chromis swirl around the superstructure, while moray eels and octopus occupy the darker compartments.
