Monrosa Wreck is an expert-level wreck dive in the Attica region, featuring the remains of a substantial vessel lying at significant depth. This deep wreck demands technical diving qualifications, with proper gas planning and decompression procedures essential. The ship rests upright on the seabed with much of its structure remarkably preserved: the bridge, holds, and engine room are all accessible to qualified wreck penetration divers. The dark interior harbours conger eels, large lobsters, and dense schools of anthias. The hull exterior is covered with gorgonians and sponges, while large groupers patrol the perimeter. One of the most impressive deep wreck dives in Greek waters, reserved strictly for experienced technical divers.
