Marianna Shipwreck is an advanced wreck dive in the Cyclades islands of Greece, near the Paros-Naxos area. The remains of this vessel lie at depth on the Aegean seabed, providing an atmospheric wreck exploration in the famously clear Cycladic waters. The ship's structure has become a thriving artificial reef, with sponges, gorgonians, and hydroids covering the hull. Large groupers have claimed sections of the wreck as territory, and moray eels, conger eels, and lobsters inhabit the darker interior spaces. Schools of barracuda and amberjack regularly circle the wreck. The depth and offshore position require proper planning, but the combination of wreck diving and exceptional Cycladic visibility makes this a standout dive.
