Psaropoula is a beginner-friendly dive site on the northeast coast of Rhodes in the Dodecanese. This sheltered bay offers easy access to a gentle reef with scattered rocks and sandy patches over a gradually sloping seabed. The warm, clear Dodecanese waters provide excellent visibility year-round. Marine life includes the typical Rhodes cast: wrasse, damselfish, parrotfish, and sea bream on the reef, with octopus and cuttlefish in the rocky areas. Posidonia seagrass beds border the site, hosting pipefish and juvenile fish. The calm conditions and moderate depth make it a reliable choice for introductory dives and training courses run by Rhodes-based dive centres.

Absolutely stunning dive site. The visibility was exceptional and we spotted several species we had never seen before. Will definitely come back.
Great spot for advanced divers. Currents can be tricky but the marine life makes it worth it.
One of the best dive sites in the region. Highly recommended.
