Barge Reef is an advanced dive site in Guam's Apra Harbor, centered around a sunken military barge that has transformed into a thriving artificial reef over decades. The barge structure is now heavily encrusted with hard and soft corals, attracting dense schools of snapper, fusiliers, and surgeonfish. Inside the wreck, lionfish and soldierfish hover in the shadows, while the surrounding reef hosts nudibranchs, flatworms, and mantis shrimp. The site's military history and rich marine colonization make it a compelling blend of wreck and reef diving.
