Tanjung Parigi is a relaxed dive site in Bunaken National Marine Park, North Sulawesi, offering a classic Bunaken wall dive with easy conditions suitable for all certification levels. The reef wall drops from a shallow hard coral flat at 3 meters to moderate depths, decorated with gorgonian fans, barrel sponges, and colorful soft corals. The site is particularly known for its friendly sea turtle population—green and hawksbill turtles are regularly seen resting on ledges and feeding on sponges along the wall. Schools of fusiliers, batfish, and anthias cruise the wall face, while the reef top features healthy hard coral gardens ideal for snorkeling and safety stops. The generally mild currents and good visibility make Tanjung Parigi one of Bunaken's most beginner-friendly sites, providing an excellent introduction to the spectacular wall diving that has made this marine park a world-class diving destination.
