Lekuan 3 is part of the legendary Lekuan wall system on Bunaken Island in North Sulawesi, widely regarded as one of the finest wall diving experiences in the Indo-Pacific. The vertical wall drops from a shallow hard coral reef at 3 meters to beyond 30 meters, featuring an extraordinary density of gorgonian sea fans, barrel sponges, and encrusting organisms. The Lekuan walls are famous for their sea turtle populations—both green and hawksbill turtles are seen on virtually every dive, resting on ledges or feeding on sponges. Napoleon wrasse, schools of batfish, and occasional reef sharks add to the sightings. The shallow reef crest offers superb hard coral gardens, while the wall's deeper sections reveal black coral trees and large gorgonians. Mild currents and excellent visibility make Lekuan 3 accessible to intermediate divers, delivering a world-class wall dive in Bunaken's pristine protected waters.
