Last Chance is an advanced dive site near Koh Rong Samloem, Cambodia, dramatically named as it sits at the outermost point of the accessible reef system — the last chance to dive before the seabed drops into the deep channel. The exposed position at 15 meters depth creates current-swept conditions that attract the area's most exciting marine life encounters. Schools of barracuda and trevally regularly patrol the point, while larger visitors including cobia, guitar sharks, and occasional whale sharks have been reported. The reef itself is healthy, with dense coral coverage and impressive sponge growth on the current-facing surfaces. The advanced rating reflects the unpredictable currents and exposed position rather than depth. When conditions align, Last Chance offers Cambodia's most thrilling diving — the frontier where reef meets open ocean, where every glance into the blue water holds the potential for an unforgettable encounter.
