Porteau Cove Provincial Park in British Columbia is an advanced dive site in Howe Sound featuring purposely sunk vessels and artificial reef structures. The park's underwater attractions include a sunken minesweeper, a sailboat, and concrete reef structures at various depths reaching well beyond 30 meters. Giant Pacific octopus, lingcod, rockfish of numerous species, and wolf eels inhabit the artificial reefs. The kelp-fringed shore leads to dramatic depth changes where cloud sponges can be found in the deeper zones. The park's excellent shore facilities, protected marine environment, and diverse marine life make it one of British Columbia's premier dive destinations.

Absolutely stunning dive site. The visibility was exceptional and we spotted several species we had never seen before. Will definitely come back.
Great spot for advanced divers. Currents can be tricky but the marine life makes it worth it.
One of the best dive sites in the region. Highly recommended.
