Ventanas del Canelo (Windows of the Canelo) is a beginner-friendly dive to 12 meters near Algarrobo on Chile's central coast. The site features natural rock windows and openings that create picturesque swim-throughs filled with filtered Pacific light. These formations shelter anemones, sea stars, and small crustaceans, while schools of fish gather in the natural window frames. The shallow depth, moderate conditions, and photogenic rock architecture make this an excellent site for new divers and underwater photography enthusiasts exploring central Chile.
