Cuevas de los Corales is an advanced dive site off San Cristóbal Island in the Galápagos, reaching 30 meters through a series of volcanic caves and overhangs. The caves are adorned with vibrant coral growth unusual for the Galápagos, including orange cup corals and branching black coral. White-tip reef sharks rest inside the caverns during the day, while bull's-eye lobsters and slipper lobsters emerge from the crevices. The overhead environment and depth require technical skills, but the site offers a unique cave diving experience within the Galápagos marine reserve.
