Punta Pitt is a beginner-friendly dive at the easternmost point of San Cristóbal Island in the Galápagos, reaching 18 meters. This remote volcanic headland offers some of the most pristine diving in the archipelago, with minimal human impact. The underwater terrain features dramatic lava formations encrusted with oysters and barnacles. Galápagos fur seals, which are rarer than sea lions, are often encountered here. The isolation and rich waters support diverse marine life including hammerheads in the blue and endemic species on the reef.
