Samos Beerocks is an advanced dive site off the island of Samos in the North Aegean. This offshore rock formation rises from depth, creating walls and pinnacles that attract diverse marine life. The site is known for strong currents that bring nutrient-rich water, supporting dense gorgonian gardens and large sponge colonies on the exposed faces. Pelagic visitors include schools of amberjack, dentex, and Mediterranean barracuda. The deeper sections reveal impressive groupers and occasional tuna passing through. Lobsters shelter in the numerous crevices, and the overhangs are decorated with colourful encrusting organisms. The challenging conditions and rich biodiversity make this one of Samos's premier dive sites.
