Coral Beach is an intermediate dive site within the Coral Beach Nature Reserve in Eilat, Israel, protecting one of the most pristine sections of the Gulf of Aqaba's coral reef. The site features a dense fringing reef with outstanding hard coral diversity—over 100 species of stony coral create a complex three-dimensional structure descending along a gentle slope. The protected status has resulted in remarkably healthy fish populations, with large schools of anthias, surgeonfish, and snapper creating a constant swirl of color. Napoleon wrasse, large groupers, and moray eels are resident, while the deeper sections occasionally reveal passing eagle rays and reef sharks. The reserve's strict no-touch regulations have preserved coral formations that are among the healthiest in the northern Red Sea. Coral Beach offers an educational and visually stunning dive that demonstrates the power of marine protection, providing a benchmark for what the Red Sea's reefs look like when properly managed.

Absolutely stunning dive site. The visibility was exceptional and we spotted several species we had never seen before. Will definitely come back.
Great spot for advanced divers. Currents can be tricky but the marine life makes it worth it.
One of the best dive sites in the region. Highly recommended.
