Nemo Reef is an advanced dive site in the Andaman Islands, India, near Havelock Island, named for the abundant anemone colonies hosting several species of clownfish. The reef descends to 16 meters over a colorful coral slope featuring pristine hard coral formations, soft coral clusters, and numerous anemone cities that make this site a clownfish photographer's paradise. Beyond the namesake residents, the reef supports an impressive diversity of marine life including parrotfish, surgeonfish, lionfish, and hunting octopuses. The shallow depth belies the advanced rating, which reflects the site's exposure to currents that can develop suddenly along this stretch of coast. Nemo Reef showcases the remarkable coral health of the Andaman Islands, where relative isolation from human impact has preserved reef ecosystems of exceptional quality. For divers who love macro photography and reef fish behavior, few sites in the Indian Ocean offer such reliable and photogenic anemone encounters.

Absolutely stunning dive site. The visibility was exceptional and we spotted several species we had never seen before. Will definitely come back.
Great spot for advanced divers. Currents can be tricky but the marine life makes it worth it.
One of the best dive sites in the region. Highly recommended.
